OnlyCats respects the intellectual property rights of content creators worldwide. This page explains how we source content, how we attribute creators, and how to report copyright concerns.

1. How We Source Content

All content displayed on OnlyCats is sourced through official, licensed APIs and embed services:

We do not scrape, download, or re-host content from any platform unless explicitly permitted by that platform's license. YouTube videos are embedded only, never downloaded.

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on OnlyCats infringes your copyright, send a written notice to:

Your Notice Must Include:

  1. The copyrighted work — describe or link to the original work you own
  2. The infringing material — provide the URL or description of where it appears on our site
  3. Your contact information — name, email address, and mailing address
  4. Good-faith statement — “I have a good-faith belief that the use of this material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law”
  5. Accuracy statement — “The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf”
  6. Your signature — physical or electronic

What We Do

Upon receiving a valid notice:

  1. We promptly remove or disable access to the identified content
  2. We add the content to an internal blocklist to prevent it from reappearing
  3. Where possible, we notify the source platform

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, send a counter-notification to onlycatssupport@gmail.com with:

  1. Identification of the removed material and its prior location
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification
  3. Your name, address, and phone number
  4. Consent to jurisdiction of the courts in the Czech Republic (or your local courts, as applicable)
  5. Your signature

We maintain a policy of blocking content and terminating access for sources subject to repeated valid copyright complaints.
